We collect information you provide directly through contact, tryout, and ID skate registration forms, including name, date of birth, position, email, phone number, and parent or guardian contact details for players under the age of majority.

Sharing
We may share information with P3 Sports Inc. and Bow Valley Hockey Academy staff, coaches, and league/insurance partners as required to operate the program. Service providers used for hosting, email, and form processing access data only to perform services on our behalf.
